@Ethan_AirGradient could you please enable DDP shipping from Spain?

Also a question: when purchasing, do you have the option to choose between DDP or standard delivery? Or once it is enabled, is that the only option for anyone in those countries? (I would still like it enabled please, but I was just asking out of curiosity).

Currently we offer only one or the other (to keep things more manageable on our end).

I will work on enabling both Spain and Greece (@Alpha) next week. Ideally, I would like to get the whole EU covered in the next few weeks!

I tired to buy two kits to be shipped to Jordan, I was given an estimate of 75$ for shipping only without vat or customs. Can you help me figure out why is it so expensive?

Spain and Greece are now covered by DHL (@Alpha @jaj).

@etmross, I will do my best to enable that this week! Unfortunately, Canada is more difficult with HST/GST + PST, but please know that we are currently clarifying everything with DHL.
