I’m trying to calibrate an AG1 indoor monitor.
When I select Admin → Advanced Settings, the dropdown menu does not populate. (only an arrow appears, so I’m unable to view or select a serial number).
Is there a setting that I can change to resolve this bug?
I ran into something similar and it ended up being a browser issue—switching browsers or clearing cache helped.Also worth checking you are logged in as the device owner/admin not a limited user.
