Wrong Temparature in O-1PST Kit

I recently purchased and set up the O-1PST Kit, but the temperature readings seem to be way off. It always stays between 25–28°C, even though it should be much lower (around 20°C). Is there any way to calibrate or fix this?

Hi @Saimoom_Safayet_Akas,

Could you please apply the Standard Open Air Calibration and let me know if that improves the accuracy? You can do so from the ‘Advanced Settings’ menu:

Once there, please navigate to the temperature/RH tab:

I have same issue temperature off +~10C

@mye
Also with the outdoor unit, or indoor?

If Outdoor, did you do what Ethan suggested?
If Indoor, did you assemble it yourself? There is a chance you put the temp sensor in the wrong location that can cause high readings.

Hi @mye,

If the device is systematically 10 degrees higher than a device you trust, you can apply a custom offset on the dashboard. You can do this in the same place where you can apply the Standard Open Air calibration (shown in screenshots above).

If it is an indoor monitor, the issue is likely what @MallocArray mentioned.
