I had both a ONE and an Open Air running well for a few months, then one day a number of days ago, both disconnected from the house network. A few days later, the ONE reconnected and has been running fine since. However the Open Air has not reconnected and my attempts to factory reset it to regain access to the provisioning page have failed. I see the device appear on my phone and connect to it, but the hotspot at 192.168.4.1 is inaccessible. (Site cannot be reached). I am at a loss as to how I can proceed.
Further, I tried to open it to make sure it was clean and all connected inside, though cannot determine what tool I need to loosen the screws.
Any advice is much appreciated as I am eager to have it working again as it was difficult to get.
