Also another kind of usefull question I have is if there is a way for the device to know wether your Indoors or outdoors. If you for example have to go thru a tunnel the air quality will be different then above ground

You could rely on the GPS signal strength to some extent to tell whether the device is indoors or outdoors, so I would say this is possible.
