Temperature is way off on the right monitor. (The lower temp is accurate.) How do I diagnose the problem?
I rebooted it. No change. I disconnected and reconnected the temp sensor. Some success. Now it’s only 3 deg higher. I sprayed it with compressed air. No change. What should I try next?

Hi @player1 - are these pre-assembled units or DIY kits? Can you send us the SNs via https://www.airgradient.com/support/? I can have a look whether there are any offsets applied via the dashboard. Perhaps you can also send debug logs from both units: Online Debug
If it was a kit you assembled yourself, there is a chance you put the temp sensor in the upper right corner instead of the lower left, which can cause higher than actual readings since it is getting heated by the enclosure.
Yes, this is likely the issue if it was a kit.
@player1, can you please confirm that the purple sensor is facing outwards and in the isolated slot? The blue sensor should be near the end of the PM sensor ribbon cable.
