Temperature Error

Temperature is way off on the right monitor. (The lower temp is accurate.) How do I diagnose the problem?

I rebooted it. No change. I disconnected and reconnected the temp sensor. Some success. Now it’s only 3 deg higher. I sprayed it with compressed air. No change. What should I try next?

Hi @player1 - are these pre-assembled units or DIY kits? Can you send us the SNs via https://www.airgradient.com/support/? I can have a look whether there are any offsets applied via the dashboard. Perhaps you can also send debug logs from both units: Online Debug
