Strange LED combination - Fault ?

Hello,
I recently bought the DIY version of the Model: I-9PSL-DE-CE indoor AG monitor. It went live on Nov 14 2025 and worked perfectly until this morning when it displayed an unusual LED pattern : The extreme left LED is violet (and should be off) and the extreme right LED green (correct PM2.5 value). I performed a LED test, but it the problem persists. Any ideas how to further troubleshoot ?

Hi all - same here, I’m also seeing the purple LED on my ONE since morning for me. The team is aware of the issue. It looks like it’s only affecting the configuration server, so data reporting isn’t impacted.

Hi @Tran,

Just to let you know (so you can understand the LEDs in the future!), the left-most LED is a status indicator. When purple, as it was in this case, it indicates that the device can’t reach the server.

The other LEDs (starting from the right and going left) indicate the current air quality - either PM2.5 or CO2 - as per your dashboard settings.
