Purple LED this morning

This morning my AirGradient One as well as another family several hours away have a single Purple LED on the left side lighting up.

Looks like this is a server side error.

I thought there was a status page for the services but I couldn’t find it quickly.

Is the AirGradient team aware?

Same here. I see a purple LED on the left side. In my case, the display is also off. I tried restarting the device a couple of times. I also changed the power supply, but no change.

The display seems fine because I can see the messages displayed during boot, but after the device is up and running, the display stays off.

What’s weird is that the device seems to be pushing data to the server (I can see the values updated in the dashboard).

Same here, 1 unit is have the purple LED at the Left side and 3 Yellow LED on the right side.
Anther 1 unit is no LED on the status bar.

Hi all - same here, I’m also seeing the purple LED on my ONE since morning for me. The team is aware of the issue. It looks like it’s only affecting the configuration server, so data reporting isn’t impacted.

Hi all, we’ve deployed a fix. Things should be back to normal now. Please let me know if this persists for anyone.

Purple LED is now gone and the display is back on. Thanks.
