Its shipped via the default express shipping, hence I wanted to know the expected time.

In general, customs processing in India can be unpredictable and sometimes adds extra time that’s hard to estimate in advance.

I understand, however based upon your past experience is it possible for you tell a range, for e.g 5-15 days?
Actually I have to leave India by the end of Jan so I am wondering if I should tell one of my tech buddies to handle it when it arrives to my home or will I be able to do it myself, depending upon the date of its arrival.
We’re using DHL Express so it should be around 7-10 days.

Thank you for your reply, however now I have got another query in my mind. So when I made this post I ordered accidentally an indoor monitor but what I wanted was an outdoor monitor
I realized the mistake today. I immediately ordered and outdoor monitor and also just an hour before I put en email in support to cancel my indoor order.
I wanted to ask if there will be a chance for a refund?

I believe I saw your support ticket and actually updated you last night, if I am not mistaken. We were able to stop the shipment before it left Thailand so I was able to cancel the order and have already forwarded a request for refund to the finance team.
