PuroAir 240 2-pack: useful alongside my AirGradient setup in a Phoenix apartment?

I live in a small apartment in Phoenix and run an AirGradient monitor in the main room, mostly to keep an eye on particle levels during dust season and when the windows are closed for AC. I’ve been considering the PuroAir 240 HEPA purifier as a two-pack so I could put one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

What I’m unsure about is whether two smaller HEPA units actually make sense in a place this size, or if I’d be better off with a single larger unit. I also don’t know how well the claimed coverage matches real rooms with furniture and doorways, and whether the noise level would bother me at night. I’d like to use my monitor to compare particle readings before and after running them, but I don’t want to buy two units and find they’re oversized or undersized for the space.

Has anyone here run a pair of smaller HEPA purifiers in an apartment and checked the results against their AirGradient readings? I’d appreciate any input on placement and whether the two-pack approach worked out.
