I own both indoor (I-9PSL-DE) and outdoor (O-1PST) units and they have been running well for over a year. Both were pre-assembled by Airgradient. They are both running the latest firmware (3.6.2).
Last week, on June 4th the dashboard asked for an upgrade so I applied it and then my PM2.5, PM1.0, and PM10 values have all gone to ‘-’ and PM0.3 count is 0 for my outdoor unit while my indoor unit is not impacted.
I have unplugged and re-plugged my outdoor unit and trying to re-flash the firmware with no success. Also, cleaned the vents of any dust or debris to see if the PM sensor was being blocked but that did nothing either.
CO2, NOx, temperature, humidity, etc are all still running fine on the outdoor unit.
Wondering if anyone else has this issue?
