PM2.5 - 20250826

Hello,

I’m trying to apply the corrections for the 20250826 batch of the PM2.5 sensor via a local API call and came across this article. I don’t see the corrections listed for the batch of sensor that I have. On the dashboard when I select the advanced settings, i can see that the scaling value is 0.03863, but nothing is listed for the intercept value.

Where can I find that information?

Thank you,
Derek

I believe most of the intercept values are 0 so you can start with that.

Hi MallocArray,

Thank you for the reply. It looks like several of the intercepts are negative values for different dates of monitors, but I wound up using the dashboard and setting one of the monitors to the 20250826 PM2 correction and the intercept is indeed 0.

That article is old and out of date, plus just below the table with negative Intercepts there is an updated table that has all 0

As you saw in the Dashboard, all current batch specific corrections have 0 for Offset, so the entire parameters name has changed.

Are you sure you got the correct one? Your post says 20250826 but all I see is 20240826

The only 2025 I see is a January date.

We try to no longer use the offset at all as it’s sometimes negative which causes negative readings at very low PM concentrations (which would otherwise show 0).

@derektgardner if you can confirm the batch is 20250826 (I’ve never seen one this new get shipped out), I can create a ticket to get a batch correction created.

Hi,

I made a mistake while typing. The correct date code is 20240826, not 20250826.

Thank you for the information. I’ve set my monitors to the corrected values and it seems as though I’m now getting normal fluctuations in the PM readings.
