PM, CO2, Temp and humidity stopped working, TVOC and NOx still ok

Hi, my recently installed O-1PST has stopped reporting PM, CO2, Temp and humidity. I have also noticed that the saved location name in the app has changed and now just reverts to the favourite of home. It’s also no longer showing on the AirGradient map. I have rebooted a number of time with no change.
