I purchased two airgradient ones. I assembled the first one yesterday and attempted to setup the Wi-Fi, but I get an error on the Wi-Fi page that says the airgradient one is not connected.
I reviewed the assembly instructions today and assembled the second unit. I also reviewed the assembly of the first unit and they are the same. The second unit shows the same error on the Wi-Fi page, airgradient one not connected.
I paused the 5G on my router before setting up the Wi-Fi, as some 2.4G devices don’t like seeing a 5G connection.
I assume this is a firmware issue, since it’s affecting both units purchased at the same time. How do I fix this?
