Regarding the CO2 readings, I wonder if you have tried performing a manual CO2 calibration? Put your AirGradient ONE outside within your Wi-Fi signal range (you can connect the ONE to a USB power bank). Leave it there running for a while (5 minutes should be good for our test).
Then go to your AirGradient Dashboard, scroll down to the monitor list, click the gear icon on the right of the list of the monitor you’d like to calibrate (example as shown below):
After that, click ‘Edit Calibration’ as shown below:
Select the ‘CO2’ tab on the pop-up window, and then click ‘Request CO2 Calibration’ (shown below) while your AirGradient ONE is still outside, exposing to fresh air with no human or animal close to it.
After a few minutes, the CO2 readings should drop to around 400ppm. Please let me know if this fix the issue or not.
Regarding the VOC, let me gather more information from the team and I’ll get back to you.
