Finding the PM sensor serial number without opening the case

I just recieved an Airgradient Indoor ONE unit, model number I-9PSL. I’ve been noticing lots of 0 PM2.5 and PM10 values, which aren’t in agreement with other air quality sensors I own.

This post discusses the fix, however I’ve been unable to open the case as all my Torx 6 screwdrivers are too large to reach into the housing.

Is there any way I can identify the PM sensor’s batch, so I’m able to apply the corrections described above?

Hi Tim. Then most likely it is 20240104.

Probably a bit off topic but there are some cheap Torx 6 screwdrivers you can easily get, and are useful in case you want to disassemble it to clean the sensor or replace anything. I can share the one I got if it’s allowed. The other ones I had wouldn’t fit the holes.
