My device disconnected by itself, not sure why. It didn’t try to reconnect by itself. Was working perfectly when I saw it, it was just not reporting data to the API. I unplugged and replugged and it reconnected. Now I have a very big data loss of 5 hours.
Can you update the firmware so that the device tries to connect to the wifi every minute if it’s not connected and to restart completely if it’s connected without connecting to the API ?

Hi @Johan! Normally, the devices should automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi once the connection is restored - they check back for available networks every 10 seconds in a loop. I’m not entirely sure what happened in this case; perhaps the device was powered off or offline during that period?
Hi, device was on and there wasn’t any warning that it was offline. It worked normally but just wasn’t pushing to the API. I switched off the plug and back again and it was working perfectly.
