Current reading not matching between App on my android (Pixel 8) and on my laptop

I just set these up a couple days ago. Assembly went fine- the video was super helpful, though I wish there was a step showing taking a photo with a phone of sensor for the calibration part.

I did the calibration on my outdoor monitor which was showing as 0 all the time after our air quality improved. Now the outdoor unit is working great and now my indoor monitor is showing 0 in the current reading on my phone but showing a measurable number in all of the graphs, and showing 10.7 on my laptop. The “current” number doesn’t match between my laptop and the phone (android). Both are set for USAQI. It seems like its a different issue than just calibration. Any insight on how to fix this?

Hello @lapagirl, welcome to our community, and thank you so much for your feedback.

However, I am sorry to hear that you see a large difference in the reading between the reading shown on your air monitor’s display and the dashboard (and app).

I suspect that this could be related to an issue with parsing the calibration algorithm configuration on the device running firmware v3.6.2. This issue is fixed on firmware v3.6.3, but we did not release it globally (there have been a lot of changes in the past months, so we skipped some releases. We intended to eventually release firmware v3.7.0, which is still in the testing process).

I wonder if you’d be comfortable trying firmware v3.6.6, which should fix the issue? I can set your dashboard to get that firmware if you’d like (you can always roll back to the previous version as you’d like).

Please let me know your Place ID and the serial numbers of your air monitors via Contact Us. (Please also refer to this thread).

Thank you and looking forward to helping you with this.
