AirGradient One unit fell, now the CO2 sensor doesn't seem to work and there are eight purple LEDs

Hi,

I was using my AirGradient One, but it was knocked off the shelf it was on, and afterwards started to have an incorrect CO2 reading that is extremely high (~2422 PPM), and many purple LEDs light up. Has anyone encountered this issue? I believe currently it has the latest firmware, as when it most recently booted up it said that it was downloading the latest firmware.

I’d attach a picture but the forum is telling me that new users are unable to do so. If that changes, I’ll upload a picture.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Nat

The CO2 sensor is sensitive to physical impact. Eventually it will calibrate itself again, but to speed it up you can set it outside or near a window for 5 minutes, then in the Dashboard site you can find your device and on the far right side select the three dots icon and choose Advanced Settings. The last page for CO2 has a place to request calibration. Wait around 5 minutes and you should see CO2 go to near 400. If not, request calibration again.

Hopefully that resets it and then you can move it back to your desired location.

Just to visualize what was already said, you can find the option to calibrate the sensor here:
