Hey! I think our sensor is broken and I’m not sure how to debug it. When I connected it to power, nothing happened, until intermittently it flashes blue four times and pauses, and that pattern of blinks and pauses repeats twice (so flash flash flash flash pause flash flash flash flash pause flash flash flash flash pause flash flash flash flash). It’s wifi is not showing up as available (and if trying to manually connect via the QR code, I get the error message "airgradient-xxx is not able to be joined). There’s also a faint orange light behind the input vents, but I’m not sure if that’s relevant. Any suggestions on what might be the cause or how to fix?
Is the orange light constantly on, or flashing?
Is this one you assembled yourself or pre-assembled?
You could try flashing the firmware again just for good measure:
AirGradient ONE (I-9PSL), Open Air (O-1PST) and Open Air Max (O-M-1PPST…) Firmware Versions

Hello!
As @MallocArray suggested, reflashing the firmware is usually worth trying.
Please don’t worry as the process is quick and easy for anyone. No special tools needed.
Please follow the guide in: AirGradient ONE (I-9PSL), Open Air (O-1PST) and Open Air Max (O-M-1PPST...) Firmware Versions
If you prefer a video guide, please watch this video.
Note: You can check the ‘Erase device’ box before flashing to perform a full factory reset of the monitor.
