AirGradient ONE connection issues

Hi there,

Since around 5:40 AM EST, my AirGradient ONE has been reporting only intermittent readings on the dashboard. In the screenshot below, you can see it’s only reporting data for small intervals, not constantly. The device itself has a purple and green light and appears to be taking readings.

I already tried resetting my router, and the ping test was successful. Do you know if this is more of a server issue that will be resolved, or a hardware issue? I’m thinking of resetting the monitor itself but I don’t want to reset the calibration.
