AirGradient Go update

Hi everyone,

Has anyone heard anything about the AirGradient Go shipping dates? Still on track?

The latest info was that pre-orders would ship by the end of June 2026, but I haven’t seen a new update since the May post. I also emailed AirGradient regarding features, but haven’t received a reply yet.

Hi @Ramon, welcome to our community!

For the AirGradient Go, I am going to visit our PCB supplier today near Bangkok, and help them with the test procedure. If we find no issues, the component will be sent via air cargo (so it will be super fast) to our factory/office in Chiang Mai. And we should be able to ship from Chiang Mai shortly after that to our customers. We are doing our best to keep everything on track.

Regarding your email, I will let the support team know, and we’ll reply to you soon.

Thank you!

I am excited to see the production version of the Go as well!

Here’s a photo from today’s visit (LED parts). It seems everything is still on track.

Hi @Ramon! I couldn’t locate your support ticket - perhaps it didn’t come through. Could you provide the ticket number from the ticket submission acknowledgement email? That would make it easier to locate it.

I believe I had some questions regarding the E-ink display. If there will be an option to manually trigger a display refresh (for example by pressing a button). I understand the value of longer refresh intervals for battery life, but I could imagine occasionally wanting to force an immediate update without changing the normal refresh settings.

No need to respond to the ticket. I will leave this specific question here. Product looks amazing. Thanks for updating!

Hi @Ramon, besides the routine e-paper refresh, you can push the lock/unlock button (when locked, the touch buttons will not be responsive) at the bottom of the AirGradient Go to force refresh it.

Appreciate the clear explanation. It already looks really cool btw.

Exactly, it does! The production version will be a bit different from the unit I showed in the above pictures. The up/down (left/right) button will be in the same column on the left of the screen for a more intuitive experience.

Production-wise, last Saturday I tested by flashing firmware and connecting all the components (e-paper display, touch button, LED panel, and PM sensor) to some freshly baked mainboards at the factory, and they worked as expected.

Hi @Ramon, I’d like to inform you that our PCB assembler in Bangkok was much slower than we expected. We are doing our best to complete all of these processes as soon as possible without compromising quality control.

Here’s the message from our CEO (Achim)

Our PCB assembler in Bangkok was much slower than expected and Tai from our team actually went there everyday to observe the production.
Today, we are getting the first assembled PCBs to our office and will then assemble the whole units, test and ship them. I would then expect the first units to ship next week.
I am sorry for that delay.
