Weird AirGradient ONE V9 connection issues

So I’ve been using the Airgradient ONE V9 for about half a year now, and I love everything about it except for the connection issues. I’m not used to posting of forums but didn’t find others having the same issue elsewhere.

Every day I get a couple messages about the unit apparently being offline, and then it gets connected again. These emails stack up and get quite annoying. I also want to integrate it into my Home Assistant but feel like I have to tackle this first. These 46 emails I’ve received during only the past 5 days:

Also, on the dashboard I’m not able to see 12h back although I think it should be close to real time?


It feels like there might be multiple issues here but I don’t know where to start. Even though I live in a small apartment I’ve tried moving it around but it made no difference. I’ve checked that the latest firmware is flashed and that the connection to power is sound.

Do you have multiple wireless access points? Even if only one, might try restarting it. I have 2 and sometimes my AG devices will act up and restarting a single wireless access point will clear it up

I only have one, and didn’t notice any difference when I tried restarting it previously.
However, this time it seems to have worked? I’ll get back to this topic if the problem returns.

Please keep us informed. I don’t think it’s a frequent issue but it should be good to know what causes it.

Issue seems to have returned. Got 7 messages in the past 6 hours on the following times:

10:25
11:25
12:25
13:25
14:55
15:35
16:10

Is there somewhere i could get more info about the error? And error code or something
