Any plan to integrate a Weather Station?
With couple of more meteorological sensors. For wind, etc.

Sorry for the short post. I’m not sure I explained my question clearly.
We don’t have one, or using any yet.
We do have a LINOVISION 7 in 1 weather station, but it is paired with a different sensor unit.
This is not about connecting weather data using home assistant, etc.
What I was actually asking is whether AirGradient has any plans to offer a unit with a weather station, or more weather parameters (WS, WD, RainFall/RainRate, Illuminocity/SolarRadiation, Ambient Noise, More Accurate Ambient Temperature with a Solar Radiation Shield, etc) in the future, either as a planned extension or an improvement.
Or perhaps support for connecting an external third party weather station through RS-485 or something similar.
Basically, I was wondering if there are any plans to add more weather or meteorological measurements and features to the AirGradient ecosystem.

Just wondered whether you have discussed this, or whether there might be any plans for the future.
Although many LCS devices come with support for weather station parameters, I’m not sure how important this would be as a requirement. Parameters such as Ambient Temperature (AT) and Relative Humidity (RH) could be useful to measure accurately, while other meteorological parameters such as Wind Speed (WS), Wind Direction (WD), Rain Rate (RR), and Illuminance/Solar Radiation could involve additional maintenance and may also have more specific siting considerations.
For example, surrounding buildings, trees, and the availability of free wind flow from all directions & open sky could potentially influence some of these measurements significantly. Depending on the situation and the intended use, there could be a possibility of getting misleading readings if the siting is not suitable.
In some cases, it might therefore be worth considering meteorological data from an external model or source as well, perhaps to provide a more holistic picture for the area (air/pollutant transport, wind trajectories, etc).
Just wanted to know, in case you have any thoughts or plans in this regard.

@Akila, thank you for your feedback! I have had a brief discussion with our CTO. He informed me that we are not likely to have a plan to make an instrument like this in the near future.
