Hello! I just got my air gradient one the other day and while I am very excited to take advantage of it, I cannot seem to get any data to be delivered to my dashboard.
I went through the process of connecting it to my Wi-Fi, it seemed to be successful, and I am getting a digital readout of the air quality on the small screen but nothing is being reported online.
I have tried deleting the device and re-adding it but it hasn’t helped either. If anyone has suggestions for what to try next I would really appreciate it, thank you!
