TVOC and NOx sensor readings missing for the last week

I’ve had the outdoor unit for almost a year, and has been running fine. But for the lase week the TVOC and NOx sensor readings are missing… tried reboot, didn’t do anything.

What to do? is it a hardware error, firmware problem or…?

There was a new firmware pushed recently, but I don’t recall seeing anyone else having trouble with TVOC and NOx.

There was/is an issue if you use Prometheus to get metrics from the device that causes them to reboot. I know the TVOC sensor takes awhile to fully setup and report numbers. If your device is actually rebooting regularly, it may not have data to report for TVOC and NOx

Try going to Menu>Hardware in the Dashboard site and see what the “Current Uptime Count” is.
If it is a low number, like 30 or less, then you are likely experiencing that reboot loop.

I rebooted the unit yesterday, and the uptime count is 923 now - so I don’t think that is the problem.

The problem is still persistent… @Achim_AirGradient help?

My Air Gradient indoor monitor did similar. But it happened after a cat spilled water on the power strip where it was plugged in. My monitor may have received a power surge and smelled burnt afterwards. PM and CO2 no longer work. Everything else works.
