Yesterday all the sudden the CO2 and PM readings went to 0. After a restart, LCD showed ‘sensor error init’ for S8 and PMS.
Factory reset did not help.

Any ideas?
The other sensors are OK.
Can you give more information.
- Is that a kit or fully assembled unit?
- what firmware version are you on?
Did you try with a different power supply?
Fully assembled and tested by AirGradient

@achim, any insight? I am in the middle of a building performance diagnosis with a contractor (also involving iaq) and the unit failed me at the worst possible time
Sorry for that. This is definitely not a typical issue.
Can you please prepare a log file with the instructions below and then send to our customer support (via our website form).

Done that - log file was uploaded to case # 22657.
I have a fully assembled unit as well and have been using for a week. I was getting 0 aqi so I was trying to move the device and when I connected to a different area I got the same sensor alert for co2 and it showed zero reading. After restarting couple of times it started working.
Aqi sensor has been acting for few days now becomes zero at night for few hours not sure why and random co2 failure got me worried.
Another thing I noticed purple indicator 3 times that it has disconnected from server. Hope these are all temporary issue.
I’m also getting an LED on the far left side, although mine is often White. I assume it is server issues, as it continues reporting to HomeAssistant without interruption.
