Screen connecting to processor

I am building this on a bread board since I destroyed my PCB on the first attempt to build.

Does anyone know the connections needed between the microcontroller and screen?

D1 mini	Shield
D1	SCL (D1)
D2	SDA (D2)
G	Gnd
3v3	3v3
