I put the kit together, successfully added it to my WiFi network, upgraded the firmware to 3.1.13, used the dashboard to register the ID (MAC address) with my account.
All of that seems to have worked; there is an entry in the Dashboard for this device, however there are no updates beyond the initial registration. Compared to two other devices that I have that are connected and updating.
I’ve tried deleting and re-registering with the dashboard; waiting overnight to see if something was latent.
Any assistance or pointers would be appreciated.
