I’m looking to pre-order the Outdoor Air Quality Monitor but realized my current outdoor weather station is solar powered. It uses an older Seeed Studio board which includes a solar/battery module built in which makes things easy. That got me to thinking I’ll need to come up with another solution for the OAQM and was curious if anyone has already been down this road?
I can just get a separate charging board and put that somewhere, although having it inside the enclosure would certainly be the most ideal and keep things clean. My Seeed solution is, well it was a rushed hobby project and while it’s been quite reliable, it definitely shows
