After about 3 weeks now I am not getting anymore PM 2.5 data from my outdoor sensor unit. Everything else works fine. Any ideas of what that could be ? I tried resetting etc. but to no avail…
Hi there Tom,
Could you please contact us on https://www.airgradient.com/support/ and mention ‘Yehor Petrov’(me) to handle your request?
Hi, my sensor is being collocated with a reference station and after a reconnection of wi-fi it stopped registering PM, it shows that all components are measuring but PM2,5.
I was exploring in Analytics on the dashboard and it is measuring PM0.3, but not PM1, 2.5 adn 1o. I thougth it could be the measuring range since the values were very low a couple of days ago, but comparing the measures of the reference station the values were ranging 5 to 30 ug/m3, so even if the values are low, it should still be able to measure the highest concentrations.
I would appreciate some guidance and help! Thanks in advance.
I’m uploading some images:

Thanks a lot Yehor, I’ve done that .
Hi,
since the 20th June, my air quality readings (PM1, PM 10, PM 2.5) have been reading 0. PM0.3 is giving something but very low readings compared to normal. Is there anything I can do to try and get this working again? Thanks for your help
What model device? How long have you had it?
Have you tried removing the power plug from the device for 5 seconds and then plugging it back in? Do you know what firmware version it is running?
Hi @greenwatts,
Are you experiencing an issue like the others (no data at all) or is your issue like the screenshot below (showing constant 0s)?
If the readings are similar to what is shown above, you may need to apply a batch-calibration which is discussed in more detail in this post: Enhance the Accuracy of the PMS Sensors.
Hi,
yes - had already tried powering off - no difference. Firmware is 3.3.9
