PM 0.3 number disappears from dashboard sometimes

I noticed that the 0.3 count can disappear completely from the dashboard (the number, not the column). This is inconvenient because you can’t check the graph without a number to click on.

I assume this happens when it hits zero, but I’m not sure. PM1 and PM10 are also at 0 but they don’t disappear so I’m not sure if this is the correct explanation.

Is it known why this happens?

Thanks for reporting. We will look into it.

I have seen this same situation and never looked into it deeply. Typically if I power cycle the sensor I would get some values for awhile

Hi @atrium, this may be related to the issue that I mentioned in another recent post.

Is this also triggered for you when the PM concentrations in your room are very low? With my device, the PM 0.3 count is reported with 100% consistency if the levels are above 20 or so. Below that, it seems to get flaky: in addition to the number not showing up on the dashboard, the local server API returns no data and the display on the unit itself shows “–“ instead of “0.”
