I want to create public display which I can share on website for citizens of my village. But the problem is that language (Slovak) I want my public display to be in is not available. Is it possible to add new language there? I can translate everything but I dont found any config files our source code which I can edit.

I ran into the same issue wanted to localize it for a small community site but could not find any way to add a custom language.Would be great if they allowed user-contributed translations
