Outdoor sensor intermittently not registering PM10, PM2.5 and PM0.3 readings

My outdoor sensor is intermittently not registering readings for PM10, PM2.5 and PM0.3. This doesn’t happen with PM1.0 or any of the other readings.

I am getting “–” in the app for these variables, not “0”.

Is there a solution? Device has latest firmware and I’ve tried powering off and on again.
