Hi there. I have an outdoor monitor that was previously working properly. I’ve moved and now trying to pair it to a new WiFi network. Connecting to its local WiFi network, I’m getting an “invalid password” error on my iPhone. I’ve tried using the “cleanair” password. Any ideas what the password might be? I also tried resetting the device following these instructions but that didn’t change anything: AirGradient ONE Factory Reset (Firmware >9.2.4)
Not sure where that link came from as the versions don’t seem familiar. The firmware is currently 3.3.8 and I don’t recognize that as a version of the board itself.
I would try flashing the latest firmware and you can also select to erase the device so it fully resets it

Hi @Vyu,
Did this solve the issue? If not, please contact us at support@airgradient.com and we will help you troubleshoot further.
Hi! Try using airgradient or leaving the password blank some devices use that instead of cleanair. Also, make sure the reset was done properly (hold the button for at least 10 seconds) and forget the device’s WiFi on your iPhone before reconnecting. If it still doesn’t work, reaching out to AirGradient support might be the best option.
