Outdoor monitor data access without wifi

Hey there, is there any documentation about grabbing data from the Outdoor monitor without using WiFi? I’d like to set up some sensors to collect data at a remote site, and I’d like to use external processing to either store the data or transmit using lora.

(I like the case for the outdoor monitor, and I already have one, so that’s why I’m not going fully DIY.)

You could transmit the data through the usb cable to a connected raspberry pi for example. The pi could then save it on an SD card.
