I can’t see any of our outdoor monitors on OpenAQ, just wondering if there is a known issue with the intergration with OpenAQ?
I can’t edit my previous post, but I’ve noticed the following setting on OpenAQ:
After checking the last option, I saw my monitor.
Can’t see mine either. I checked both OpenAQ and IQAir. I’ve had the outdoor monitor for 6+ months now and sharing settings seem fine:
Running firmware 3.1.9.
IQAir needs up to a month for the device to show up and are also waiting for us to implement the compensation algorithm for PM on our end (they could do it on their end but for whatever reason would like to have it from us).
OpenAQ I am not sure. I will reach out to them.
In general with the 3rd party integrations we have no control what happens on their platforms.

OpenAQ confirmed that there is some technical problem and they are investigating it.
