One offline for a week - is on network shows no problem

One Model: I-9PSL with 3.3.9 is offline (dashboard) for more than a week. Power cycled several times. Purple LED goes out a minute after a power cycle. Display shows no problem and I see it on my local network and can load parameters from:
http://192.168.50.136/measures/current

It has worked very well for a year (including dashboard…) Any suggestions?

The purple LED usually indicates that the device is unable to access the network or post data to the dashboard, even if it’s connected locally.

Have there been any recent changes to your network or router hardware, such as new security settings, firmware updates, or a new router?

As a next step, I recommend trying to connect the device to a mobile hotspot (if possible) and seeing if the dashboard connection works there. This will help determine whether the issue is related to the local network or something on the device side.

I’ve had trouble with my devices for the last 24 hours or so with showing the purple LED.

When you look at your current measures, is the Wifi strength listed? Is it lower than -75? If so that could be a low connection that prevents an upload to the Dashboard, even if you are able to pull it locally.
