I had asked several times via email (Order #AG-C5K4Y ) for a replacement of my defective microcontroller which isn’t responding anymore when I connect it to my computer. As I have explained in my mails I bought exactly the same microcontroller again to verify that the issue is not related to the usb connection and/or the computer.
Would appreciate if you could get back to me on this since I can’t use Airgradient device anymore.
