No option to add/modify/remove a new Place on Place List?

I now have AirGradient monitors set up in two different countries. Ideally, I’d like to group each monitor within its own “Place.” However, I don’t see any option to add a new Place in the dashboard.

It’s especially important for me because each Place configures the devices within it to the correct timezone. I want to ensure my monitors are recording with the right timezone settings.

How can I add a new Place or assign my devices to separate Places for accurate timezone tracking?

If you reach out to us at support@airgradient.com with your email (that your current Place, Iraq, is registered with) and the name of the new Place you would like created, I can go ahead and create this for you.

Hi!
I have the issue, that I´m living in 2 locations and have 4 sensors. Currently 3 are in the same dashboard (4th is offline) . Is it possible to have 2 locations with 2 sensors each?

If you’re living in two locations and want to have two sensors attributed to each ‘location’, I would recommend reaching out to us via our support email (support@airgradient.com). We can create two Places for you so there are two monitors in each.

I think it’s a good idea to have this feature as well.

I found a workaround for this (might not be the best practice at the moment, but it worked for me) that is removing one of your monitors from your Dashboard, then creating a new account (with a new email) and adding the monitor to your new Dashboard. Then, send an invitation email to your old (existing) email, and you’ll have 2 places on your list.

Please note that this is just a workaround, the best practice for now is to contact AirGradient’s Support as @Ethan_AirGradient mentioned.

But ideally, I agree that we should have this feature without the need to contact support.
