I’m on an android with the pre built air gradient one kit. I went to the steps in the dashboard to connect a new monitor. I connected the monitor by scanning the first code to add it to the dashboard. Then I scanned the QR code to add it to the wifi, so my phone switched networks and connected. Then my phone obviously has no Internet anymore so the setup failed and said offline. Ok… So then I reconnected to my home wifi with Internet and clicked done. But no data is showing up. Why do I have to connect to my devices WiFi network, why cant it just connect to my homes network? Why can’t I see any data? It says update firmware but I don’t see how that would fix these issues reading the latest changelogs.
