I’m a new AG-1 user. I have to say I’m very pleased
I installed the MallocArray v2,01 firmware and have it set up in Home Assistant/ESPHome and it’s working well. I also have an Airthings Wave Plus and the comment elements from each agree within the tolerances of the sensors. I got the Aithings Plus because of its Radon detector. I think Radon is a much more serious indoor pollutant than PM 2.5. The AG-1 has an additional internal connector. Are there any plans to create an add-on Radon detector for the AG-1?
Like many others, I was initially alarmed when I saw PM 2.5 and other PM readings of zero. I thought something was wrong. I took it outside and the reading moved up to 5. I live suburban+rual area. the nearest IQAir sensor is about 30 miles away and is similar environment is reading 5.1 so my reading is reasonable.
I use 3M Flitrete MPR1900 and MPR 2800 HVAC filters which are supposed to filter out PM2.5. It looks like they work
