New I-9PSL always reports CO2 10,000

I just setup my I-9PSL this morning. CO2 sensor initially reported 10,000.

Set CO2 calibration period to 1 day, put it in outside air and pressed the calibrate button in Home Assistant.

After about 2 hours, CO2 sensor still reports 10,000. Other sensors appear to be functional.

Is this normal? Will it take 24 hours before it reports anything other than exactly 10,000?

This is not normal.

Was that a kit or the fully assembled version?

If a kit please post some photos from the built and the co2 sensor. If the fully assembled version, please contact our support.

It’s not a kit. I just received it fully assembled from AirGradient yesterday.

I did contact support this morning and am waiting for their response.
