Loaded Software - Unable to test example BLINK

I have loaded the software to the ESP8266.

I have selected the Lolin Wemos D1 Mini Pro on multiple USB ports.

When trying to run the BLINK test I get the below error.

have you checked to see if bits/cpu_defines.h is actually when it’s expected to be?

The package I loaded and trying to test is from here

I would have thought even though the package loaded with no errors, there is no mention of changing any file elements.

Thoughts?
