Licenses for images

I am writing a OpenHAB addon for AirGradient: AirGradient API Binding - Bundles - openHAB Community which lets smart home owners use data from the AirGradient API in their smart homes.

For the documentation I would like to use the logo (e.g. for supported things a little bit down on this page: https://www.openhab.org/) and a product photo like the one at the front page https://www.airgradient.com/.

Is the logo and/or the image licensed in such a way that I can use it in an open source project?
