Issue with AirGradient ONE V9 Firmware Update

Hello AirGradient community,

Today, I received my AirGradient ONE Air Quality Sensor (Presoldered-Version, PCB Version 9) and diligently followed the guide provided The AirGradient ONE Air Quality Sensor (Presoldered-Version, PCB Version 9) . However, after successfully updating the firmware, the device displays the message “One V9 Lib Ver: 3.0.1”, and nothing else happens. The hotspot message does not appear, and when I check the console log, I see the error message “Init SenseAirS8 failed”.

As a novice, I’m seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try fully unplugging it for around 10 seconds and then power it up again.

If all else fails, try the firmware update again

Please post some picture of the built. It is also stuck at that message if a sensor module is missing or wrongly assembled.
