I have a DIY_PRO_V3_7 (Wemos D1 mini).
Is there already an alternative auto calibration method for the Senseair S8 Module i.s.o. the standard ABC (automatic baseline calibration) algoritm that I can use with the V3.7 board?
I have ‘AirGradient Air Quality Sensor’ version 2.4.12 installed.
I believe the AirGradient team has made some extra code available to manually kick off the ABC, but I think it was something separate you flash, and then flash back to standard code.
If you are willing to try out ESPHome, my integration has added buttons to manually do the ABC as well as disable the ABC if you want to fully control when it runs.
Yes, ESPHome has it already integrated but if you like to use the AirGradient firmware you need to install the Arduino IDE and flash the sketch called “CO2_CALIBRATION”. Please note that this only works for the Wemos D1 Mini based AirGradients.
