Hi all,
I am thinking about procuring infrared cameras for remote sensing of public health metrics (such as the average heart rate at rest or during exercise of the neighborhood I live in; I have good visibility to 100s of pedestrians every day).
Heart rate can be linked to air quality metrics to assess return on investment from a financial and public health perspective.
