Indoor Monitor stopped reporting all PM levels

Greetings,

I’ve had the indoor monitor a few weeks now and I have it setup to log all values via mqtt and openhab. I just noticed today that it suddenly stopped sending all of the PM data in the mqtt payload info. So I checked the dashboard and those items are blank as well. I saw a few other topics similar to this but in my case all of the PM values are just not there. I was just going to reboot it but I figured I would check in here to see if there’s any information that could maybe be captured prior to doing that. Any ideas?

Including the PM 0.3 values? I often have situations where 1, 2.5, and 10 are all 0, but the 0.3 values are still around, indicating there are just low counts overall.

But I have had some situations where even 0.3 is reporting zero and I reboot the device and it starts reporting.

Does your monitor report no PM data at all, or are all readings 0? What about PM0.3 and temperature, humidity etc?

Yes, all of the PM values stopped reporting from 0255 EST on Sep 4th until 2155 Sept 4th. The rest of the sensors were all reporting and typically when my PM levels are at 0, they still report 0. The monitor itself was showing a - for the PM reading. All of the PM sensors have this same gap in readings for that time. I never rebooted it so it recovered on it’s own. For whatever reason, it stopped reporting them for exactly 8 hours. Was that some sort of calibration thing or something going on?
