Around here (a European capital city) fireworks were cracking and booming from around 6pm until 2am or so. Not a lot were lit in our building’s immediate vicinity but they could be heard from all around. We couldn’t really smell any smoke but it really impacted the air. These readings are from an indoor sensor in our apartment. First is the last 48 hours and the second is last 14 days. You can see how signficant the impact was and how dependent the inside air is on events outside. (Though the other spikes around December 19th were I think the result of packing and shaking up bedding inside the room.) Thankfully the effect has already dissipated!
